As we draw closer to September, NASAO will be able to make a clearer determination about holding the Convention in-person. In case an in person gathering is not an option, we are putting a strategy in place to create a Virtual Exhibit Hall and Online Speaker Sessions.
Either way, the 89th NASAO Annual Convention & Tradeshow will still take place and we encourage your participation!

About the Conference
The National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO) will hold its 89th Annual Convention & Tradeshow from September 13-16, 2020 in Greenville SC at the Hyatt Regency.
Call for Presentations
As we consider our educational topics for the convention, we want to hear from you! This year you have the opportunity to submit ideas, and topics for inclusion at the annual convention. At this time, the conference planning committee is soliciting presentation ideas for the 2020 conference.
Presentations are encouraged to highlight topics that fit within the "Next Generations" theme of the annual conference, and topics submitted should relate to "Education" of the next generation of the aviation workforce, "Development" of our State Aviation Staff, and "Technologies" that will advance our services to the customers within each of our individual airport systems. Presentation topics could highlight innovative and emerging topics or trends in the area of policy, planning, finance/economy, research, safety, security, UAS, technology, management, education and other topic areas that fit within the "Next Generations" theme of the annual conference.
Consultants, airport personnel, NASAO members, and others who are passionate about our aviation system are welcome to submit presentation ideas. If you don't have a specific presentation idea to share, suggestions for topics that you would like to learn more about or topics you would like to hear addressed by presenters are also encouraged.
Lecture, panel, and activity-based presentations are welcome. Presentations may be 45 or 90 minutes in length.
Please submit your presentation ideas by completing the online form. The final deadline for submissions has been extended to April 10, 2020.
You may submit more than one presentation for consideration, but you must complete a separate online submission form for each presentation. Please limit your session descriptions to 450 words or less.
