Greg joined NASAO in early 2020 as the organization’s President and CEO, and is excited to join one the oldest and most consequential aviation organization in the nation. Greg brings to NASAO more than 25 years of government relations and executive experience in the aviation and transportation sectors, both in government and associations. He served as vice president of government affairs for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, as assistant secretary for Administration at Maryland Department of Transportation, as well as in other key leadership positions in the public and private sectors. In these roles, he has worked extensively across the Aviation community, with policymakers at every level of government, and with other association leaders. Greg has also been active in a variety of civic and community activities, including service on the City Council in Westminster, Maryland; as a Trustee of the YMCA Youth Foundation of the Central Atlantic Area; and as a member of the Friends Advisory Committee of the Johns Hopkins University Sheridan Libraries.


Tracy MacDonald

Sr. Manager, Membership and Meetings

Tracy has been a member of the NASAO team since 2015. In her role, she serves as the senior manager for meetings and membership. In addition, Tracy has worked closely on the educational content developing webinars through NASAO's Member Benefit and Training committee in which she serves as the staff liaison. Previously, she worked for over five years at COMPTEL, an association representing competitive communications service providers and their supplier partners. As manager of education and member programs, Tracy oversaw COMPTEL’s educational content and opportunities including webinars, and the coordination of the COMPTEL PLUS conference agendas. Prior to COMPTEL, Tracy served as membership coordinator at Northern Virginia Technology Council, providing assistance to more than 1,000 member companies. Earlier in her career, she worked in the membership department for the National Insulation Association and as a client service representative with US Newswire (now PR Newswire).


Dominique Khan

Manager, Marketing and Communications

Dominique Khan is the Marketing and Communications Manager for NASAO. She contributes to NASAO close to a decade of experience in marketing, event management and brand innovation. Dominique's career has been enriched with a diversity of skills and knowledge which spans working with the Big Four to smaller scale, private companies. She believes that clearly differentiating the value proposition of NASAO is key to the strategic positioning of the brand.

Dominique graduated from Agnes Scott College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from Georgetown University with a Master of Professional Studies degree.
