Gregory PecoraroPresident & CEO Greg joined NASAO in early 2020 as the organization’s President and CEO, and is excited to join one the oldest and most consequential aviation organization in the nation. Greg brings to NASAO more than 25 years of government relations and executive experience in the aviation and transportation sectors, both in government and associations. He served as vice president of government affairs for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, as assistant secretary for Administration at Maryland Department of Transportation, as well as in other key leadership positions in the public and private sectors. In these roles, he has worked extensively across the Aviation community, with policymakers at every level of government, and with other association leaders. Greg has also been active in a variety of civic and community activities, including service on the City Council in Westminster, Maryland; as a Trustee of the YMCA Youth Foundation of the Central Atlantic Area; and as a member of the Friends Advisory Committee of the Johns Hopkins University Sheridan Libraries.
Tracy MacDonaldDirector, Meetings and Administration Tracy has been a member of the NASAO team since 2015. In her role, she serves as the senior manager for meetings and membership. In addition, Tracy has worked closely on the educational content developing webinars through NASAO's Member Benefit and Training committee in which she serves as the staff liaison. Previously, she worked for over five years at COMPTEL, an association representing competitive communications service providers and their supplier partners. As manager of education and member programs, Tracy oversaw COMPTEL’s educational content and opportunities including webinars, and the coordination of the COMPTEL PLUS conference agendas. Prior to COMPTEL, Tracy served as membership coordinator at Northern Virginia Technology Council, providing assistance to more than 1,000 member companies. Earlier in her career, she worked in the membership department for the National Insulation Association and as a client service representative with US Newswire (now PR Newswire).
Jessica NagasakoDirector of Government Affairs Jessica joins NASAO with more than a decade of experience working in the legislative and executive branches. She served as a political appointee at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Department of Homeland Security
where she worked on policy development and communication. Prior to that, she served as a Legislative Assistant to Senator Brian Schatz and as a Professional Staff Member for the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental
Affairs' Subcommittee on Oversight of Government Management. In these positions, she advised on aviation and security issues and oversaw the appropriations priorities in these areas. Taylor BryanManager of Marketing & Communications Since a young age, Taylor has had a passion for aviation. She has served a number of aviation organizations such as the National Aviation Hall of Fame, the National Museum of the United States Air Force, the National Air and Space Museum, and the National Aeronautic Association. In these roles, Taylor conducted research and created content for social media, making aviation education accessible and interesting. Taylor joined NASAO after completing her graduate degree in Museum Studies at The George Washington University.
