WASHINGTON CONFERENCE

Typically held in late February or early March, this three-day conference in Washington, D.C. provides state aviation leaders with the opportunity to engage with and hear directly from industry and government decision-makers from Congress and the Administration. This event also offers attendees ample opportunity to network with their peers and industry partners through networking breakfasts, discussions, and a reception with special guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations, cancellations, and refund requests must be submitted in writing. The deadline for full refund cancellations is Friday, February 7. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date. Approved refunds will be processed after the meeting takes place. Refunds will not be provided, and balance dues will not be forgiven for no-shows. Substitutions within the same conference will be accepted without penalties. Substitutions will be accepted with a written request to info@nasao.org.

The nearest airport to the venue is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), just a 10–20-minute drive away. Other nearby airports include Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), about a 40–50-minute drive, and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), approximately 50–60 minutes away.

NASAO will host breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (provided to those attending the board of directors meeting) as well as an evening reception on Wednesday with h'ordeuvres and drinks.

NASAO will not be providing lunches during the event, so take this as the perfect excuse to make plans with fellow attendees and explore the local dining scene!

 

The dress for this conference is business professional (business casual for Friday). Attendees typically wear clothing such as blazers, button down shirts, dress pants, and skirts/dresses.
